These last 12 months, while considered a success have been cruel and harsh. Our leader, Tom Brady, wanted us to assert our dominance on the Seahawk tribe within the first few months. He thought it would be in our best interest since we had little time, and King Belichick did not want us returning empty handed. Our main priority was Championship Rings and if the Seahawk people got in the way they were dealt with accordingly. For example there clan leader, Russel Wilson, who was a natural born leader tried to lead a revolt on us foreigners but we heard word of it before it gained any real traction. To establish that actions like that would not be tolerated we hung him from tree for all the seahawkians to see.
It wasn’t until we were hit with 2 straight months of bad weather that we realized that our aggressive plan would not work. Many of our resources were depleted by that time and we already gained two rings so we made the decision that we were going to rely on the tribe for resources while we still excavate for rings. They wanted to bargain, but we did nothing of the sort because we were not will to part ways with our rings.
It wasn’t until the weather worsened so bad that Tom Brady gave in into their demands. After that point we started to notice a shift in attitude in the seahawkians. They began to accept their role as a tool to use at our disposal. Every now and again there would be a disagreement between the two of us but they had no choice but listen because they knew we were the opposing force.
Towards the end of our expedition both factions grew very weary of each other. I couldn't stand what we were doing. We had become the savages that we were claiming to use. At this point almost all our resources were exhausted and we had very little men to fight off any rebellions. We managed to find a total of 4 rings but during the last month we were hit again with bad weather forcing us to give one up.
My conclusion on my time spent is that we while gained championship rings, and King belichick was pleased, at what cost? Over half of the men who traveled over died and even more from the seahawk tribe.
